When you invest in a property with a Stake, the money you get from renting it out will go into your Stake wallet. We might give you money every month, but sometimes, it’ll be every three months. We take out all the costs of running the property first, like fees and maintenance, and then give you what’s left.

Once you get your money, it’ll show up in your Stake wallet as cash you can use. You can either take it out and put it in your main bank account, or you can use it to invest in another property with Stake.
When your investment time is up, we’ll sell the property. After we cover all the costs of selling, we’ll give you your share of the money from the sale, depending on how much you invested. Then your investment is done, and we close down the project.
